"Use testing to identify hotspot zones, and clamp down immediately as soon as you find out an area is moving towards being a hotspot" says Rahul Gandhi.

"Covid-19 is a security issue now. All of us, the small industrialists, should know what is being done for them," says Rahul Gandhi.

"Decide what your exit strategy would be after the lockdown," says Rahul Gandhi.

"India should unite and fight against the virus. We should not use blunt instruments. We should use resources effectively, give them to states," says Rahul Gandhi.
