South Africa will recall its workers in a phased manner as the government plans to restart mining operations in the nation.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told the media that Russian President Vladimir Putin has welcomed US President Donald Trump's decision to send ventilators to Russia. Russia would take Trump up on his offer "if need be", Peskov added.
