India's coronavirus numbers rose to 4,789 including 124 deaths, according to the latest health ministry figures on Tuesday evening. Of the total cases, 4,312 are active cases while 352 have been cured and one is migrated case.
Elsewhere in the world, UK and New York registered record daily deaths from Covid-19. While the UK daily record was 786, New York’s governor said the US state saw record 731 deaths from coronavirus in 24 hours, reports AFP.
