Covid-19 highlights: Maharashtra CM rules out relaxing restrictions in red zones

Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray has ruled out relaxing restrictions in red zones during the fourth phase of the lockdown to tackle the Covid-19 pandemic and that he was willing to face flak for it.
