Highlights: Assam reports record 23 more Covid-19 fatalities, toll mounts to 453

Himachal Pradesh on Saturday reported 64 new Covid-19 cases which took the overall tally to 8,848, the state's health department said. The death toll stands at 70 whereas 5,894 people have recovered from the disease so far, reports ANI.

Odisha reported 3,777 new Covid-19 cases on Saturday, taking the state's tally to 146,894, the department of health and family welfare said. Out of the total cases, there are 34,163 active cases in the state while there are 1,12,062 patients have been cured/recovered, reports ANI.
