Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Thursday introduced the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (2nd Amendment) Bill, 2019 in the Lok Sabha. The proposed bill was cleared by the Union Cabinet chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. HRD Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal will move Central Sanskrit Universities Bill, 2019 in the House and External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar will move Anti-Maritime Piracy Bill, 2019 today.
Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad will move The Constitution (One Hundred and Twenty-sixth Amendment) Bill, 2019 in the Rajya Sabha. Tribal Affairs Minister Arjun Munda will move The Constitution (Scheduled Tribes) Order (Second Amendment) Bill, 2019.
