Some Congress MLAs will be part of the cabinet and take oath with Uddhav Thackeray on Thursday, says senior Congress leader Balasaheb Thorat.

"Tomorrow, some Congress MLAs who will be part of Cabinet, will also take oath with Uddhav Thackeray. But we have not yet decided who and how many from which party will be ministers. Every party will get some important positions, that is for sure."

He added, "It has not been finalized who will be the deputy CM. Talks will be finalised today."

Asked about Ajit Pawar's return to the NCP, party leader Nawab Malik told ANI, "In the end, he admitted his mistake. It is a family matter and Pawar Sahib has forgiven him. He is very much in the party and his position in the party has not changed."

Sanjay Raut claims that he had predicted the return of Ajit Pawar (to NCP) on the day the latter took oath. "On the day Ajit Pawar took oath as Deputy CM, I had said that he will return. And I also said one will have to take 100 births to understand Sharad Pawar," said Sanjay Raut.

On being asked if he is now the Chanakya for bringing the three parties (NCP, Sena, Congress) together, Raut said, "I am not Chanakya. I am a Shiv Sena warrior."

"Our Suryayan has safely landed on the 6th floor of Mantralaya (CM office). You should not be surprised if it lands in Delhi,": Sanjay Raut at a media briefing in Mumbai.

Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut said: "Everyone together took a decision that is beneficial to not only Maharashtra but the entire country. BJP could not force its CM despite wrong ways to do so.The transformation of the future of India has begun in Maharashtra, with Uddhav Thackeray becoming CM."

BJP MLA Babanrao B Pachpute,BJP said at the Assembly, "After the SC decision, the whole programme changed. A meeting of the core committee of the BJP was held where it was decided that since we do not have numbers, Devendra Fadnavis should resign; there should be no horse-trading."

Maharashtra Congress President Balasaheb Thorat, who arrived at the Maharashtra Assembly, said, "No decision has been taken on who will be deputy CM."

Shiv Sena Chief and 'Maha Vikas Aghadi' (NCP-Congress-Shiv Sena alliance) CM candidate, Uddhav Thackeray meets Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari at Raj Bhawan.

NCP MLA Rohit Pawar, the grand nephew of NCP chief Sharad Pawar, at the assembly in Mumbai: "We are happy that Ajit Pawar has come back. He is also here today. He is a part of NCP. Going forward, we would work under his guidance."
