Pune reports 2 fresh cases of covid-19
The city of Pune has reported 2 fresh cases of covid-19 on Tuesday. The total number of affected people from the city has now risen to 4. The three family members along with a cab driver (who drove the family from the airport to their home) have been infected and are now kept under isolation at Naidu Hospital.
Coronavirus affected Italian couple in Jaipur being administered anti-HIV drug
Medications Lopinavir and Ritonavir which are second-line HIV drugs are being administered to the Italian couple who are presently hospitalised in Jaipur, authorities told PTI on Tuesday. SMS Hospital Medical Superintendent Dr D S Meena said the step was taken after both developed severe respiratory problems.
Turkey says a coronavirus outbreak is 'highly likely' in the nation
Fahrettin Koca, Turkish Health Minister, on Tuesday blamed Europe for being slow in containing the coronavirus outbreak in several countries. He said though there are no confirmed cases it is 'highly likely' that Turkey could face an outbreak, according to Reuters.

A hotel which was being used a quarantine facility in eastern China had collapsed on Saturday killing 22. Rescue officials found a man almost 3 days after the collapse on Tuesday. The man has been sent to the hospital. 9 people are still feared to be trapped inside the rubble of the collapsed hotel.

Malayalam cinema organisations in Kochi have decided to close cinema halls in order to prevent further a larger coronavirus outbreak in Kerala, according to ANI. 12 people have been affected by coronavirus in the state.

China's Hubei has been on lockdown since January along with its 56 million people. AFP reports say that a mobile app will be used to give residents a coloured health code, and people labelled "green" in medium and low-risk areas will be allowed to travel within the province. There is no indication of people leaving the province.

Lebanon confirmed its first death from the coronavirus. The country's health officials told AFP that the 56-year-old man was receiving treatment in a state-run Beirut hospital and had recently returned from Egypt.

Kerala reports 6 fresh cases of coronavirus
Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan told the media that Kerala has found six fresh cases of coronavirus on Tuesday. Total 12 people are affected in the state. 3 people who have been cured earlier have also been included in the updated list of people affected.
