As fresh coronavirus cases and deaths surge around the world, countries are trying to figure out how to reopen hoping the coronavirus does not come surging back. Health officials and governments were divided in Germany and Italy on how to balance lives and reopen economies.

Coronavirus infections in Indonesia cross 14,000
