Delhi government will form a plasma bank to help coronavirus patients, chief minister Arvind Kejriwal informs media.

Through this everybody will receive plasma whether it is private hospital or govt. It will be given only after doctor's prescription, says Kejriwal.

The world surpassed two sobering coronavirus milestones Sunday -- 500,000 confirmed deaths, 10 million confirmed cases -- and hit another high mark for daily new infections, AP reported.
