Telangana logs 873 new Covid-19 cases, 4 deaths
India on Sunday logged 45,209 new Covid-19 cases and 501 deaths in last 24 hours, according to the Union health ministry data. The nation’s tally now stands to over 9.09 million. The total infections are at 9,095,806 and the death toll has risen to 133,227.
Meanwhile, Delhi on Saturday reported 5,879 new Covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours taking the total count of cases to 5,23,117.
According to Delhi government health bulletin, the death toll due to Covid-19 climbed to 8,270 as 111 deaths were reported in the last 24 hours. A total of 6,963 recoveries were reported on Saturday taking the total number of recovered patients to 4,75,106. There are 39,741 active cases in the national capital.

More mass testing in China after 3 new cases
Authorities are conducting mass testing and shutting down schools after China reported three new domestically transmitted cases in the past 24 hours — two in northern Inner Mongolia province and one in Shanghai.

Fourteen more people have tested positive for Covid-19 in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, pushing the coronavirus tally in the union territory to 4,631, a health department official said on Sunday.

Forty new cases of the coronavirus were recorded in Mizoram in the last 24 hours taking the total cases to 3,647, the state health department reported on Saturday.

Jharkhand's Covid-19 tally mounted to 1,07,332 on Sunday as 175 more people tested positive for the infection, a health department official said.
67 patients recover from Covid-19 in Arunachal Pradesh, fresh cases at 36
Arunachal Pradesh for the eighth consecutive day reported more Covid-19 recoveries than fresh cases, as 67 patients were cured of the disease, while 36 new infections pushed the tally to 16,037, a health department official said on Sunday.
