MoHFW has updated the current tally of coronavirus cases acrosso the nation. Maharashtra, Delhi and Kerala and Andhra Pradesh have highest cases.

Europe has been the hardest-hit by coronavirus with more than half of the infections being recorded globally from the continent. More than 50,000 people have died in Europe from the continent.

14 people have died due to Covid-19 in Pune. PTI said that 6 deaths were reported on Tuesday.

PM Modi says there is an effort to drag him into an unnecessary campaign. He says if people think he deserves congratulations, then they should rather feed a poor family until the coronavirus pandemic shows some respite.

WHO Europe has said that it is too early to relax restrictions though some countries have reported positive developments. Dr. Hans Kluge, WHO's regional director, said during a press conference.

OECD said that India is going through a mere slowdown. The global body has pointed out that other large economies are going through a prolonged slowdown as there is no clarity regarding when the lockdown restrictions will be lifted.
